1. Booking & Reservation Policy
1.1 Booking Process
- Online Booking: Reservations can be made through our website or direct contact
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Required Information: Valid ID proof, contact details, and emergency contact required
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18 years required for booking
- Verification: All bookings are subject to verification and approval
1.2 Payment Terms
- Security Deposit: One month's rent as refundable security deposit
- Advance Payment: First month's rent to be paid at the time of booking
- Monthly Rent: Due on or before the 5th of each month
- Payment Methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Online Payment accepted
- Late Payment: ₹100 per day penalty for payments after 5th of the month
Note: All payments are non-transferable between different months or residents.
2. Check-in & Check-out Procedures
2.1 Check-in Requirements
- Valid ID Proof: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or College ID
- Medical Certificate: Health certificate from registered doctor (if required)
- Guardian Contact: Valid emergency contact details of parent/guardian
- Check-in Time: Between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Room Inspection: Mandatory room condition verification before occupancy
2.2 Check-out Procedures
- Notice Period: 30 days advance notice required for check-out
- Room Handover: Room to be handed over in original condition
- Damage Assessment: Any damages will be deducted from security deposit
- Final Settlement: All dues to be cleared before check-out
- Refund Process: Security deposit refunded within 7-10 working days
3. Resident Conduct & Behavior
3.1 Prohibited Activities
- Alcohol & Drugs: Strictly prohibited in premises and rooms
- Smoking: Not allowed anywhere in the building
- Illegal Activities: Any unlawful activities will result in immediate termination
- Noise Disturbance: Loud music or noise after 10:00 PM not allowed
- Unauthorized Guests: Overnight guests without prior permission prohibited
- Subletting: Sharing or subletting rooms to others strictly forbidden
3.2 Expected Behavior
- Mutual Respect: Maintain courteous behavior with other residents and staff
- Cleanliness: Keep personal and common areas clean and hygienic
- Property Care: Handle all furniture and equipment with care
- Reporting Issues: Immediately report any maintenance or security issues
- Visitor Guidelines: All visitors must be registered at reception
Warning: Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate termination without refund of deposits.
4. Facilities & Amenities Usage
4.1 Internet & WiFi
- Fair Usage: WiFi provided for educational and general use
- Prohibited Content: Illegal downloads, streaming of inappropriate content forbidden
- Speed Limitations: Heavy downloads may be subject to speed restrictions
- Device Limit: Maximum 3 devices per resident
4.2 Food & Dining
- Meal Timings: Breakfast (8:00-10:00 AM), Lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), Dinner (7:30-9:30 PM)
- Menu Changes: Monthly menu rotation with North Indian cuisine focus
- Special Diets: Special dietary requirements subject to additional charges
- Outside Food: Outside food allowed in rooms, not in common dining area
4.3 Laundry & Cleaning
- Washing Machines: Available on first-come, first-served basis
- Room Cleaning: Daily cleaning service provided
- Linen Change: Bed sheets and pillow covers changed weekly
- Personal Laundry: Residents responsible for personal clothing care
5. Security & Safety Regulations
5.1 Security Measures
- CCTV Surveillance: 24/7 monitoring in common areas
- Entry/Exit Logs: All movements recorded for security
- Visitor Policy: All visitors must provide valid ID and register
- Key Management: Room keys/cards are non-transferable
- Night Security: Security guard available from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
5.2 Emergency Procedures
- Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers and exits clearly marked
- Medical Emergency: First aid available, nearby hospital contacts provided
- Emergency Contacts: 24/7 emergency numbers displayed prominently
- Evacuation Plan: Emergency evacuation procedures posted in each room
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation Terms
- Early Cancellation: Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee
- Late Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days: 50% refund of advance payment
- No-Show: Failure to check-in without notice: No refund
- Mid-Term Exit: No refund for partial month stays
6.2 Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 7-10 working days for refund processing
- Refund Method: Refunds processed through original payment method
- Deductions: Damages, outstanding dues deducted from refunds
- Documentation: Proper documentation required for all refund requests
7. Dispute Resolution & Termination
7.1 Dispute Resolution
- Internal Resolution: First attempt resolution through management discussion
- Mediation: Third-party mediation if internal resolution fails
- Legal Jurisdiction: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh courts have jurisdiction
- Documentation: All disputes must be documented in writing
7.2 Termination Conditions
- Rule Violations: Immediate termination for serious rule violations
- Non-Payment: Termination after 10 days of payment default
- Damage to Property: Termination for intentional property damage
- Behavioral Issues: Termination for consistent behavioral problems
8. Limitation of Liability
Important limitations on our liability:
- Personal Belongings: Not responsible for loss/theft of personal items unless due to our negligence
- Service Interruptions: Not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
- Third-Party Services: Not responsible for third-party service failures
- Force Majeure: Not liable for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, government orders
- Maximum Liability: Our liability limited to the amount of rent paid
Recommendation: We strongly recommend residents to have personal insurance for their belongings.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions:
- Notification: 30 days advance notice for major changes
- Effective Date: Changes become effective from the date specified
- Continued Use: Continued residence implies acceptance of new terms
- Grandfathering: Existing residents may have a grace period for certain changes
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Legal framework governing these terms:
- Applicable Law: Indian laws and regulations apply
- State Jurisdiction: Uttar Pradesh state laws take precedence
- Local Jurisdiction: Courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar district have exclusive jurisdiction
- Language: In case of disputes, English version of terms will prevail
